The Implosion of Stardust Resort & Casino
The Stardust Hotel opened July 2, 1958, billing itself as the world’s largest resort hotel with 1,032 rooms. It is credited with being Las Vegas’ first mass-market casino, thanks to cheap rates and loss-leading food and drinks.

My Name Is My Domain List
Recently I’ve run a Z-List tag game. It is aimed to help bloggers to promote our websites, to help increasing our links. But I don’t have very good respone, as I only got less than 10 backlinks. It seems not many people are keen on increasing back links.
Here I found another one from John Chow. It was actually createdby Mr. Gary Lee, a unique list where gathering those domain owners who use their real name as their Domain Name.
Like the Z-List, you reproduce the original list and then add up to three other blogs with domain names that are the same as the owners. Then let those added blogs know and tell them to do the same thing. And let the list continue…
Let me know if You Name Is Your Domain!

The Z List (Tagged Post)
I’ve been tagged by TheSuzette! This Z list is supposed to help boost our incoming link counts, and eventually our blog’s ranking will be improved. So, if you need more traffic and wanna increase your page rank, try this out!
**Instructions**
The premise is simple: Write a post, and copy and paste my list from below into it. Make sure the links are active and correct. If your blog is on that list, remove it because your post isn’t about self-promotion. Don’t worry, because if your name is on mine, it’s on others and will spread. Add your favourite deserving blogs to the top of the list (not compulsory). Publish the post. People will notice the incoming links, and hopefully write their own z-list posts. The result will be that we all get more links pointing to our blogs, and more readers - got to be good!
Key Points
1. Create a new post on your blog.
2. Copy and Paste the entire list of blog links below
3. Add any blogs that you want to include near the top of the list. (Optional)
4. Include the blog where you first got the list from (in your case case please include me; AhBoon - Funny and Weird), on the ‘original list’ in your post.
5. Do not include your own blog links on the list in your post.
6. Make sure that all links are copied intact.
7. Publish the Post.
The List:

What The World Eats
Germany’s GEO magazine published a comprehensive nutrition story based on Peter Menzel and Faith D’Aluisio’s most recent book, Hungry Planet: What The World Eats.
Essentially, they’ve traveled the world to meet “average” families and report on their dietary habits. Apart from being thematically intriguing from a journalistic point of view, it’s also quite awesome from a visual perspective. Basically, Peter has taken photos of the families with their weekly food totals.
Families from Australia, Chad—including a refugee family from Darfur, Sudan—China, Ecuador, Germany, Greenland, Kuwait, Okinawa, Poland, the USA, and others are featured in large portraits, each with a week’s worth of food.
This one is a representative from the US, and here are some others (below the fold). A whole ton of other pictures can be found here.
