Incredible Crash in the British GT Oulton Park
The British GT4 Championship driver Hunter Abbott not only emerged alive from the tangled wreckage after crashing at 100mph but did not even break a single bone. 10 minutes into the first race of the season when he left the track at 100 miles per hour trying to negotiate The Cascades, an S-bend on the Oulton Park circuit in Cheshire.
The crash happened in dry conditions, shortly after the start of the hour-long race, the first of the British GT Championship season.
His Ginetta G50 smashed through a crash barrier, went airborne, thudded into the ground, rolled about three times, landed on its roof and burst into flames. Then the driver walked out alive and well enough to assist the stewards in putting out the flames around his racing suit.
The race was temporarily halted as Abbott, in his mid-twenties, was helped into an ambulance. His car, thought to be brand new and worth more than £50,000, was destroyed.

Car sQuba - The Underwater Car
You must have watched this in the James Bond movie “The Spy Who Loved Me”. 30 years later, you can finally drive underwater by yourself.
A Swiss company called Rinspeed has recently announced its newest project: an underwater car. Named “sQuba,” the car can both drive on roads, and then - at the push of a button - dive up to 10 meters (33 feet) under the sea.
Rinspeed describes sQuba as the world’s first real car to drive both on land and underwater, thanks to some cutting-edge technology. The car has a steel chassis, while its lightweight body panels are made of carbon nanotubes.
An electric motor provides rear-wheel drive while on roads. Underwater, two propellers in the stern and two jet drives in the bow propel the “amphibious” vehicle. With zero emissions, the design is even environmentally friendly, eliminating any pollution into the sea.
The two-seater also includes a self-contained on-board oxygen system to supply the driver and passenger with fresh air for breathing.

Transformer Made in China
Some dudes down in Nanjing just built a full-size Transformer! Costing US$8,000 and weighing in at a hefty 600kg–well, you just gotta see this sucker for yourself.
The three fans, who grew up watching the Transformers cartoons and comics, started with parts from a Citroen C2, and sculpted, built, welded, and screwed together by hand someone they call “X2″ who is based on the Bumblebee and Jazz characters from the popular movie. It’s got a Chinese flavor, according to the makers, which can be seen in its more square head, based on ancient Chinese headgear designs. During the 3 months that they were building X2, the makers say: “Every time we saw X2 we felt like he was full of life, you could talk to him, and you felt that at any moment he’d start moving.” The three spent 50-60,000 RMB (~ US $8,000) to build him. X2 weighs more than 600 kg and uses original Citreon C2 lights and tires; the rest is hand-sculpted synthetic resin, glass, and metal.
They’re planning on making more.

The Ultimate Superbike Riding Skill
As motorcycles get lighter and lighter, your body mass and its position plays a more important role in the handling of your sport bike. This is the coolest-looking moment when taking a corner in a sport bike, to lean as close to the ground. You may need a lot of practice in order to do this.
These bikers are extremely serious with their practice, hoping to be Valentino Rossi one day…

The Story of BMW
BMW (Bavarian Motor Works), is an independent German company and manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles. BMW is the parent company of the MINI and Rolls-Royce car brands, and formerly, Rover. The company’s tagline in English is currently “The Ultimate Driving Machine”. The original German slogan is “Freude am Fahren”, which translates to “Joy in Driving” in English.
Founded 1913 by Karl Friedrich Rapp, originally as an aircraft engine manufacturer. Then in 1923 BMW built its first model motorcycle, the R32. BMW bought the Dixi Company in 1928, and this became the company’s first car, the BMW 3/15. By 1933 BMW were producing cars that could be called truly theirs, offering steadily more advanced I6 sports and saloons (sedans).
Here are some of the classic BMW that we rarely seen on the road.

Rolls Royce Phantoms of The Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong
The Peninsula Hong Kong has just welcomed its latest fleet of 14 Rolls-Royce Phantom extended wheelbase cars, all finished in signature Peninsula Green. Thus began a tradition that saw the hotel place the single largest order for Rolls-Royce automobiles several times through the intervening decades (breaking their own order-size records along the way).
.
Long celebrated for its Rolls-Royces which drive guests to and from the airport and around Hong Kong, The Peninsula has been associated in excellence with Rolls-Royce for almost 40 years in a record-breaking partnership that began with the hotel’s first order for seven Silver Shadows in 1970. That purchase made history for being the largest ever single order for Rolls-Royce motor cars, and over the years, The Peninsula has set new records with each successive order for Rolls-Royces, a trend that continues to this day with the hotel’s eighth and latest record-breaking fleet of 14 Phantoms - the largest ever single order of this model.
With attention to detail being a hallmark of both The Peninsula and Rolls-Royce, each car has been hand-made under Roll-Royce’s “Bespoke” programme, with each Phantom taking over 350 hours to build and 25 Rolls-Royce designers and engineers involved in developing a range of dedicated features to meet the hotel’s specific needs.
Due to the size and complexity of the new cars, The Peninsula’s Fleet Vehicle Manager and the hotel’s team of chauffeurs travelled to the UK for a week of training at Rolls-Royce’s dedicated technical institute. The new fleet of Phantoms also marks a significant improvement in environmental terms, offering higher amounts of power and far more space for passengers, yet consuming significantly less fuel than The Peninsula’s former fleet of previous-generation Silver Spurs.
