Latest Method to Cheat in Exam
Have you ever cheat in your exam ? How do you do it ? Ever get caught ? 
Well, the conventional way of cheating is over! Let’s look at the latest way !
1. Type out your notes in the computer:
2. Make sure to resize the font size 6:
3. Print out the notes with your own printer:
4. Make copy of the note using “toner based” photo copier:
5. Stick a layer of transparent adhesive tapes (eg:Scotch Tape) on the copied notes:
6. Cut them into strips according to the size of the adhessive tape:
7. Soak the strips in cold water:
8. After a few minutes, peel off the adhesive tape from the paper carefully:
9. You will be able to see that your notes have been transfered to the tapes:
10. Dry the adhesive tape so that it will become sticky again.
11. If you are so lucky to have a clueless teacher, you may just bring the adhessive notes into the exam hall and stick it directly at the answer sheet
12. Altervatively, you may have to stick it on your pen before you go into the exam hall:
13. Or you may also stick it on your drink:

If I saw anybody cheating in any class I would immediately report them and hope they got an F in the course. Some of us are actually in college to learn and we are paying tons of money for the information and the honor of earning a degree that means something in the workplace. By cheating, you are decreasing the value of the degree I am earning. If you ace that class by cheating, somebody who worked damn hard but honestly for a B will suddenly be valued less than you.
Academic dishonesty deserves failure, nothing more.

Hahahah, I’ve been doing this for years, gotten me through 3 years of university so far, one trick is to use scotch tape on clear overhead pages printed using a lazer printer, that way just peal off the tape with your notes and stick them on a white pen for better readability.+

reminds me a method I used to use. I would build up an acronym key, then use a binocular microscope and a scribe from the biology lab to carve/inscribe these acronyms onto a bic pen. A+.

I’m reading the comments and I can not believe what I’ve read. Ok people, why are you paying for the education if you don’t plan to get it? Don’t waste your money and go work on a gas stop or at the local mall! I totally agree with a 100% “no cheating” policy, because I believe the cheaters undermine the hard effort some honest students put into their work. And come on, who is going to hire you, besides your dad, if you have passed all your exams by cheating? Jesus, there are a lot of judgemental pricks out there! Look, if cheating really doesn’t pay off, then they’ll learn that lesson, when they can’t make it on the job, or in a better school, or whatever. And if your school is any good in the first place, a couple of cheaters aren’t going to devalue your degree. Also, what you call cheating is really what goes on in the real world. I am in a research position, and never has anybody asked me to figure out a solution to some problem, without being allowed to use references! If they can find the right answers to cheat with, they’re really doing it right. And, all this comes from a non-cheater. So, keep your “correct moralls” to yourself! Sounds like you’re just worried that you still don’t have anything special about yourself to set you apart from the herd.

Perhaps such methods can help with a section or 2, but never enough to compensate for a lack of preporation.
Problem with thory & tests is that they are so far removed from reality. The way we learn is through hands-on repetition at the work-place.
Problem is that an ill-prepared person WILL continue to ‘flag-it’ in real life situations so such has little discipline. This will affect their position in any organisation….

More accurately, you people are employed more than Americans in tech because a company can pay 50 of you the same amount of money they pay 1 American. It doesn’t take much to be able to code a program.
Meanwhile, all the major jobs — sciences, major medical advances, space exploration, power, just to name a few — are all done by “Western” people with a few thrown in from Japan and Australia (and let’s face it, Australia pretty much is a “Western” nation, judging by the population).
So go ahead and feel conceited that you are getting the tech support jobs. Most Western people wouldn’t want them, anyway.

I’m not going to evaluate your comments because they mean anything in the real world, but I will answer them only because so many academics share your views…
The real world is filled with many extremely intellegent people who couldn’t adjust to the single-minded methods adopted by the academic institutions of our time. As an educator you could only dream of the lifestyle their intellegence has afforded them, yet they couldn’t spell.
I fully agree that such things are most important in your world of theory, but really, in the world we live in today your perceptions are warped and misguided. If you go back to my reply and just for a second look past your judgemental frame of mind, you will see that I don’t sanction cheating. A cheat cannot continue through life seeking methods to avoid prepAration.(thank God for a spell check…) He will inevitably fall short as he has learnt early on to compromise.

I’ve just finished University, 3 years of media studies. I don’t like exams but otherwise I’m a great student. During the 3 years, I’ve had to take number of exams, although most of the courses are only based on assignments.
I’ve cheated on every single exam I’ve taken during my 3 years. I simply type aproximately 2 pages in word (with all the key words and sometimes short essays) and shrink the text down to 6pt times new roman and then I change the line spacing down to 0,7. There I have a ticket which is not bigger than a modern cell-phone (when folding once). I usually sit in the back of the classroom, keeping it in my pocket till the exam is started. Then, when someone needs attention (toilet break or late entry) I quitely take it out of my pocket and put on the table. Then I put my left arm on the table, just above the ticket, completey blocking the view of the guards. When ppl start to return the exam (in the end) I quitely put it back in my pocket and return the exam myself… usually with 8-9 out of 10

There’s a better way than this. It has never failed me and the best part is, you CAN NOT ever get caught. You can use this system for all courses. Math, Science, computers and English. This system gave me a 3.8 gpa all thoughout school. And not once did a teacher ever suspect what I was doing. It works everytime you use.

Why not judging from the photos submitted? In the photo under point 11, the text is obviously not M’sian or S’porean Chinese. It’s typed in Trad. Chinese and this means it’s NOT originally from M’sia or S’pore! Why not you just forward this link to all your colleagues teaching in Taiwan? (If you are free enough to do so.) Btw, teachers in M’sia or S’pore won’t care much to catch people cheating in exam. I guess this happens in other country too.

Why don’t you come to 3-rd World countries like mine and observe the real beauty of cheating in exam? Have you ever heard of 12,300 students being expelled in a single day from a public exam (Secondary School Certificate Exam, required to get into College…College as in equivalent to A-Level) ?

In such a catastrophically overpopulated country like mine, there are plenty of students left even after such a major eviction. For example, where else in the world (maybe in China and India..but thats it) would you see a total of 5,000 students competing for 2 seats in an university? Thats like 2500 students for every single admission

Some people cheat some people work hard to get thru education. People who work hard for their education do well in education but people who cheat in education hates studying thats all. Please don’t be so racist here. Not all Americans and Asians that bad OK. Everyone have their ability and capacity. Just admit your own brain ability and brain capacity. This way of cheating is very creative but it won’t happen in my Uni. We not allowed to bring in anything to the exam hall except our student identification, exam slip, pen, pencils and correction pen.
So, not all the lecturers, tutors and moderators are stupid and dumb. If they are stupid than they won’t be there teaching and guide us throughout our Uni life here. Sometimes pretending help them to get know the students and the way they cheat.
So, if u want to use this method prepare yourself more carefully and have a back up plan for it.
Please use your brain and don’t turn your brain into tofu. Plain and nothing. You’re not dumb.

I worked with a guy at an Internet startup a few years ago who cheated his way through a comp. sci. degree. He knew absolutely nothing about computers. He was in sales and he was bad at it. He kept bugging the tech support team to define terms for him. He couldn’t even work Windows.

I am asian. And we all cheat. We cheat in big groups and pass down old exams and assignments. We organize and get the answers off the teachers one by one. We have asian janitors get into teachers desks and copy exams. We suck up and act all nice but we really think our professors are dumb and niave. Even if he reports us cheating, then we will all avoid his class if it is nonesential. Then it will get canceled. We copy each others work and do extensive cheating in exams…even passing the exams amongst ourselves and talking in our own language. East Indians do the exact same. But you people don’t realize its the asian way and we do not see it as being wrong. We believe your morals are stupid. And you are letting us take your jobs. Which is even more stupid. It certainly is interesting to see that all the approving voices are apparently incapable of stringing together a proper English sentence. Right or wrong, when I hire people it is the first filter I apply; if a cover letter or resume contains poor grammar or incorrect spelling it makes a swift trip to the recycling bin. After reading these responses I feel this widely used technique is justified. It seems that the cheaters can’t even be bothered to learn the language that they have chosen to work in.

As a professor, it is excellent to see these techniques published for all of us teachers to examine. The more we know about the current state of cheating tech, the more likely we are to catch you cheating bastards.
Of course, the best solution is to ask the kinds of questions on tests that require synthesis and analytical writing/thinking. Cheaters can’t handle those kinds of tests, and I always take a small amount of pleasure in knowing that the dishonest slackers out there are squirming.
But still, thanks for revealing your secrets to us professors!
